Scope of Work
All project scopes are documented in a formal proposal, which must be signed prior to the commencement of any site installation.
Payment Terms
Invoices are generated upon completion of defined project milestones. Standard payment terms are net 30 days unless otherwise arranged.
Warranty Limitations
Our workmanship is backed by a 12-month guarantee; individual components are covered by respective manufacturer warranties provided at installation.
Liability Clause
Alpha Gate & Automation Inc. is not responsible for damages resulting from improper third-party modifications made post-installation.
